What Items Are Inspected In 360 Evalutation?
Water Heater: Check the burner assembly, drain the water heater, and clean the sediment tank. Checks are performed on the vent assembly, temperature, and pressure relief valve, thermostat settings, and safety controls.
Toilets and Sinks: Inspect tank for leaks and proper flush. At Sinks we clean aerators if accessible and check for proper seals as well as corrosion on all fixtures or valves.
Water Pressure: Check the pressure on incoming lines and adjusted reulator/ PRV if necessary.
Supply Lines/ Valves: Check all valves for proper operation and inspect all outside faucets. All connections andhoses to dishwashers and washing machines are checked.
Drains/ Piping: Check Exposed copper piping for corrosion and check all drains for proper operation and backfall.
Sewer Inspection: Run sewer camera through accesssible cleanouts and locate and eastimate any need for repair
